Counselling is not a one-size fits all, as a practitioner I work within the scope of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Person Centered and Narrative Therapies. I am continuously seeking to expand my scope of practice through professional development, in order to give my clients the most out of their time.

Individual Counselling

Personalised support for mental health, personal growth, stress management, and emotional and holistic well-being. I offer a safe and confidential space to explore your thoughts, feelings and concerns, empowering you to overcome obstacles and achieve your goals. I will tailor the approach to meet your unique needs, ensuring that you receive the guidance and support necessary to support you in living a more healthy holistic life.

Choosing Individual Counselling means choosing wellbeing. We will look at the whole of who you are as a person and offer some practical skills and tools for areas in your life that you may wish to do things differently.

ADHD

What is ADHD? What does it mean for you, how your brain works, how you interact with others and the world. Neurodivergency isn't a disability or a deficit, it is simply a different way of thinking. Often some of the most beautiful people we meet are those who are neurodiverse. Come and discover how your brain works (keeping in mind everyone is different), while learning some skills and strategies you can put in place to help you manage or cope in areas you may be struggling with. 

 

 Come and debrief, share the things you may be struggling with or may want more understanding or support with.

Trauma

Trauma is such a broad term, for each person it looks different, and for each person there will be a different reaction or response. For some trauma happened years ago and the coping mechanisms developed back-then, may not be that helpful to you now. For others its processing something recent whether it be an accident, relationship end, grief or something else entirely. In our collaborative sessions we will go with what you bring, and at your pace, if you know this is something you want to begin to unpack and look at differently then start your journey by getting in touch.
